We operate a relaxation centre. It is possible to use sauna, fitness center and exercise alpinning. The sauna is dry with a capacity of 30 seats. One day a week is reserved for women only.

We operate a gym and fitness centre. Modern fitness machines and group exercises - spinning, jumping, yoga, pilates.

We run a sports centre offering a gym, cardio zone, spinning, fitbox, pilates and flexibar. On selected days and times, an experienced instructor is available to advise you not only on how to use each machine, but also to suggest the optimal workout for your specific goals.

Exercises with your own body weight, where based on the wishes and requirements of each client we customize individual workouts. We offer exercises in small groups, but also individual classes with a trainer.
