We provide operation of a modern 1000 m2 fitness facility equipped with machines from USA mainly from Cybex, Tuff Stuff, Hoist®, Nautilus and Ivanko Barbell dumbbells. Our services include, fitness trainer, shock wave therapy, massage, instrumental lymphatic drainage. We offer a wide selection of sports nutrition and beverages.

We teach self-defense system Krav Maga, BJJ, MMA, exercises with own weight. Training is for all ages and performance categories. Children, women, men, seniors, as well as professionals from the armed forces will come to us.

Operation of a fitness centre focused on strength and conditioning training. Visitors can use a gym equipped with machines, weights and aerobic zone, facilities with changing rooms and showers and additional services.

We operate a fitness center. There is a boxing room, gym and bar. We offer circuit training.

We provide exercises with your own body weight on the TRX system. Also functional circuit training, indoor cycling, cardio exercise, yoga and personal training.
