I am a fitness instructor with accreditation from the Ministry of Education. I work as a personal trainer in Fitness Fontána. I focus on women with whom we deal with weight reduction and body shaping, gaining muscle mass and building strength and fitness. The workouts include strengthening the midsection and eliminating muscle imbalances.
