You can get moving in three parts of our fitness zone. Warm up in the cardio zone, get stronger in the fitness area and calm down in the yoga room. There is something for everyone. You can also take part in regular classes or try our experienced trainers.

We run a fitness centre for women. We organize weight loss courses. Aerobic activity at the end on an orbitrek, exercise bike and use of a treadmill. Possibility of individual workout on machines without an instructor, or use of guidance in rhythmic, volume or strength training under the guidance of a trainer.

We operate a fully equipped gym. There is a shower, toilet facilities, cardio area and parking just outside the premises. We offer nutritional supplements such as proteins, gainers, creatine, amino acids, fat burners or pre-workout stimulants.

We operate a modern fitness centre with cafe and spa in the city centre. We are certified partners of the H.E.A.T. program and offer a variety of other classes - tabata, power yoga and schwinn cycling, then TAICHI, kettlebell, and pole dance. All in a relaxed environment and in a pleasant team.

We operate a fitness center. There is a cardio zone, alpinning belt, spinning bikes, TRX, weight machines for all parts, dumbbells with axes and discs. It is possible to arrange personal training. Sales of sports supplements and advice.
