Indoor athletic arena used for year-round athletics. The arena maintains a 300m long running oval with four lanes around its perimeter. Sprinters have eight lanes and a long run. The hall also has an equipped gym. A longer volleyball court is available.

The hall provides permanent spectator access to the gallery and stands with 680 seats and 1420 standing places.
