We’re here for children, adults, and families. We help improve technique, develop competitive performance, and enjoy swimming for health and the joy of movement—in the pool, open water, and triathlons. We’ve been operating in Strahov since 2013, and using our own “Swimming with Plavel and Plavlina” method, we teach people to swim well, fast, and in a fun way.

The municipal spa offers an aqua center, water attractions, 5 pools, steam rooms, a sauna with an atrium, a poolside bar, tanning beds, massages, a salt cave, beauty treatments, and a hair salon. Accommodations are available with a capacity of 22 beds, along with a restaurant. Guests can use the 50-meter swimming pool, which is connected by a corridor leading to Slunná loučka.

We operate an indoor and outdoor pool and sauna. We offer massages. There is also a children's wading pool, waterslide, wild river, relaxation pool, small children's teaching pool, whirlpools and steam rooms for men and women. We rent an exercise room with a mirrored wall.
