We are a registered association of members who are involved in sports mainly hiking, awareness, cultural and educational activities mainly focusing on the development of the individual physically and mentally and self-defence. We primarily teach self-defense within the framework of the comprehensive Russian martial art Systema.

We operate a tennis court. We also offer table tennis.

The physical education unit operates a swimming school, athletics stadium, bowling alley, boathouse and a sports centre, including gymnasiums and accommodation. It also provides the activities of 28 sports clubs among the most important are athletics, ball sports, swimming, combat sports, cycling, skiing and others.

We operate a multifunctional sports centre. You will find fitness, squash, racquetball, football, badminton, children's corner, mirrored rooms for BOSU, power yoga, fitbox, powerbox, TAE-BO and exercise for children. Fitness trainers and healthy lifestyle and nutrition advisors are available.

Primary school for 700 pupils. There is a recreation hall and a canteen. We offer hiking, skiing, cycling and boating courses. Facilities include a hall, gymnasiums, sports area, climbing wall, specialist classrooms and a library. We participate in sports competitions and present ourselves at public events.

A modern training centre focused on the development of hockey skills for players of all levels and ages. Individual and group training on skating technique (Skatemill), stickhandling, shooting, physical preparation and video analysis. Professional approach. Top quality equipment. The athletics stadium is situated in a sports complex near a built-up area, 5 minutes from the centre. It has a modern surface including all sectors, modern stands including facilities. We offer the possibility to use it for all competitions.

The resort offers groomed slopes with 2 lifts, paintball field, mountain carts, archery and refreshments. The lengths of the slopes are 600 to 800 metres. Night skiing is possible. There is a car park next to the property. There is a ski school, ski rental.

We operate a sports centre offering football and beach volleyball pitches and tennis courts. Also available are Russian skittles, petanque or badminton.

The ski area offers skiing opportunities on three lifts for beginners and advanced skiers. There are refreshments, ski school, ski and snowboard rental. There are several cross-country ski trails in the surroundings. In winter, the ski slope is groomed daily by snowmobile with the possibility of artificial snow and 3 times a week night skiing.
