We are a small, friendly gym for everyone who wants to feel good in the gym. We offer workouts with a personal trainer. Our private Finnish sauna is the perfect place to relax for 4 - 6 people.

In addition to the classic gym, you can choose from a range of sports activities: aerobics, spinning, pilates, trampolines, zumba, piloxing, bosu, etc. The timetable also includes exercises for seniors. The studio also has a solarium.

Beach volleyball court.

We operate a natural swimming pool. There are refreshment stands, a beach volleyball court and a children's playground. There is a parking lot nearby. It is possible to use the nudist beach. There is also a pedal boat rental. Beach yoga classes are also held in the swimming pool area.

Operation of sports hall for basketball, volleyball, floorball and gymnasium for football or volleyball. We have complete equipment for fencing (6 planches). We rent various sports equipment. We operate a shooting tunnel with 5 separate stands.

An outdoor miniature golf course in the shade of pine trees, an oasis of peace by the popular natural swimming pool Jezero Lhota. Facilities are available at the nearby Lážo Plážo bistro.

In our private gym we offer modern and clean training facilities. You can choose from different zones such as strength, functional and cardio, and work out in peace and without distractions. At our gym, you can adapt your workout to your needs and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.
