Sportovka Prosek offers movement and sports classes for children (ages 4–6) and adults at the S&B Fitness gym in Prosek. I help children develop their motor skills, coordination, and a love of movement through play. For adults, I offer cardio and circuit training, strength training, mobility exercises, the basics of self-defense, and yoga.

The Sport Centrum Olšanka offers more than 10 sports facilities under one roof, the possibility of one-time entries and prepaid permanent cards. An ideal space for active rest and relaxation. There is a swimming pool, sauna world, table tennis, gym, exercise room or 4 badminton courts.
