We offer professional Nordic Walking courses with certified instructors and at affordable prices. Nordic Walking engages more than 90% of the muscles in the body, including upper body muscles that are not used as much during normal walking. Regular Nordic Walking improves the function of the heart and circulatory system.

In a nice environment directly under the medieval fortress we have 6 tennis courts - 3 clay, 2 with artificial clay (pressurized hall) and 1 artificial grass. All year round we operate a pressurized hall on 2 courts with artificial clay. You can sit with us inside in the clubhouse or outside around the courts.

We are a volleyball team playing competitions of the Czech Volleyball Association. We have a clay court on which the club organizes training of youth teams and recreational volleyball for adults.

We run a sports centre. There is a hall with use for martial arts, aerobics, health exercises or circuit training. The centre has a sauna including a cooling pool and a bar with seating.

Running a football club including a pitch.

Interactive trampoline centre. Dozens of trampolines, games and attractions await you. 9D amusement park that combines physical activity for children and adults with an audiovisual experience. Unique parkour rings run throughout the week.

We operate a sports hall.

A 20 minute EMS workout that will replace 3 hours in the gym. Comprehensive engagement of 95% of the body's muscles. An effective, healthy and fun workout that has results such as: fat loss, active muscle mass, body shaping, cellulite reduction, balance imbalances, get rid of back pain.
