TJ Spartak Chrastava is a group of sports-oriented people who cannot imagine their life without movement, sports heart, competition, camaraderie and teamwork. We are athletes from the town of Chrastava who have movement in their blood.

We run a sports club with a focus on orienteering. We represent about 80 members. We participate and organize various races and series. We recruit new, young and keen athletes who are interested in the sport. We regularly go to training camps where we increase our fitness and strengthen the team.

Chi Running is running that helps you run efficiently, easily, naturally and without injury. With proper posture and the help of gravity, your running takes on a whole new dimension. The goal is to unlearn inefficient and unnatural running movements and rediscover your natural way of running.

We operate a diving club. We cooperate with the integrated rescue system and offer underwater work. We provide inspections, search and recovery of objects. We provide cleaning, documentation, assembly and disassembly work.

We offer a wide range of cycling races, including 26 and 50km routes and children's races. We also sell souvenirs such as MTB and gravel t-shirts. Our races bring enthusiasts together and support the cycling community. We look forward to your participation.

We run a gymnastic aerobics section for children. We offer aerobics classes for the public focusing on step, conditioning, Bosu, Body ball and Let's dance. The workout composition encourages the development of general movement skills, whether you have the disposition or not.
