We practice karate and self-defense. We accept children from 6 to 11 years and from 12 years and older.

The main goal of the Healthy Breathe project is to spread awareness of the benefits of functional and healthy breathing for human health and well-being. The founder is Jakub Pelikán, a certified instructor of the Oxygen Advantage breathing system and yoga.
