We organize exercise and intensive classes in aqua aerobics, aerobics, zumba, fit ball, body step and more. We offer exercise classes geared towards moms and kids or babysitting. We provide seminars, workshops and one-day, weekend and weekly events.

The sports and relaxation centre offers bowling lanes, billiards, table football or a modern fitness centre or squash. We hold year-round recruitment drives for a pre-school team for boys and girls aged 4 to 10. We hold ice skating classes for kindergarten and elementary schools and a skating school in the fall. All are taught by licensed coaches. We offer free hockey equipment rentals.

We are a football club with a rich tradition, offering systematic sports education for children and young people from early age to adulthood. Our clubs are run by qualified coaches who look after ten teams. Our aim is to develop football skills and team spirit.
