Our community focuses on Nordic walking, which is a natural and effective way for everyone to move. We are also dedicated to bodyweight training and nutrition to promote a healthy lifestyle. We offer professional karate training, focused on competitive and functional styles. Our facilities are equipped with quality tatami and training aids. We cater for both adults and children and our aim is to develop your skills in traditional karate and kobudo.

We are a sports club focused on judo, which is dedicated to training children and youth. Our members regularly participate in international tournaments and competitions, where they achieve great results. We offer quality training and development of sports skills. Our goal is to improve Czech hockey. So we train children and adults on the ice, in the gym and on the Skatemill trainer. We have years of experience, qualifications, an experienced team and we also have results.
