The beginning of the volleyball club in Tuchlovice dates back to 1981. Currently we have two women's teams and two men's teams in regional championships and also two children's preparations. Among the biggest achievements of the club are the victories in the Regional Championship in 2006-2007, 2008-2009 and 2016-2017.

I run a fitness studio. We practice pilates, yoga and power yoga. We do body styling. We use foam roller, towelwork, theraband and magic circle. We have a mirrored room, sprung floor and more.

Running a football club. We run adult and youth teams. We organize sports and social events.

In our studio we provide exercise classes aimed at all ages. Newborns, babies, children, young and mature adults, seniors.

We operate a sports complex. There is an athletic oval of European parameters with 6 running tracks, throwing and jumping sectors, in-line track, artificial turf field for small football, basketball court, fitness park, pétanque court, street workout field, sports hall and playground.

Our main goal is to develop judo among the youth and to provide quality training. We offer professional guidance, experience and preparation for competitions. I provide craniosacral therapy services. Craniosacral therapy is a therapeutic method that works with the complex of the human organism (body, psyche and spiritual component) and bioenergy. In the treatment itself, it focuses on the body, but it also works in the psychological and spiritual areas.
