Our multi-sport girls club focuses on the development of young female athletes from an early age through to adult women. We offer a wide range of physical activities that promote general skills, and specialise in sevens rugby for older female players.

I am a Nordic Walking instructor with accreditation from the Ministry of Education and Science. I am a guide for daily healthy movement, healthy diet and holistic approach. I offer individual or group courses in the basics of Nordic Walking, as well as regular lessons every week.

We offer children sports and educational experiences through regular clubs. Our activities include beach football, handball and rugby, which develop teamwork, fitness and motor skills. In the summer we organise suburban camps focusing on active movement and healthy living.
