We are a community of boxing enthusiasts who support anyone who wants to push their limits. We offer training for beginners and advanced, focusing on technique, fitness and individual development. Our training sessions bring the joy of movement and improved physical and mental fitness. All are welcome.

Kravmaga (self-defence) courses are designed for men, women and children. The training is focused on practicing self-defence techniques against armed and unarmed attacks, model situations, tactical and mental preparation and improving physical condition.
