At our centre we offer a wide range of group classes and an individual approach to training. We focus on quality exercise, body diagnosis and expert advice. Our programs promote healthy lifestyles and education for children and adults alike.

We operate a football club. We participate in tournaments for women, junior and senior prep school, pupils and men.

We operate a swimming pool and sauna. We provide swimming lessons for primary schools, swimming club and water aerobics. The dimensions of the pool are 15×7,5 m, there is also a small pool for children. In our premises there are ladies and men's washrooms and a sauna. The swimming pool is open all year round.

We offer individual training, group exercise and nutritional advice. Focusing on a sustainable lifestyle without strict diets, we motivate clients to start changing their fitness immediately.

Operation of a tennis club. There are men's and women's showers, toilets, refreshments and tennis balls available for purchase in the clubhouse. A court may be rented for non-members, and after each rental it is the responsibility of the member to bring the court back to the same condition it was in when they started.

We provide sporting activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run cycling, football, hiking, bodybuilding and volleyball clubs. We also run clubs for all-rounders, basketball, table tennis, floorball, majorettes and netball.

Our company is dedicated to cycling news and the organisation of cycling events such as the Tour de Feminin Hell of the North Road, Tour de Zeleňák and the European Peace Ride. We also organize the RoadCup.cz series of amateur races all year round.

We operate a sports hall.

Children's sports preparation without focusing on one sport. Children will try different disciplines, get the basics and develop them further. Prague, Most, Teplice, Lovosice, Litoměřice, Ústí n. Labem, Č. Lípa, K. Vary, Slaný, Plzeň, Č. Budějovice, Hr. Králové, Pardubice, Jihlava, Olomouc and Brno.

In our club we offer girls quality training and support in football. With six youth teams, we provide opportunities for development and tournament participation. Our aim is to create a strong girls academy with expert coaches to help talented players achieve success at home and abroad.
