We are a galvanizing plant with more than 25 years of tradition. We deal with galvanizing, passivation and pickling of metal parts. We offer natural anodizing of aluminum.

We offer grinding and polishing of metal castings.

We offer corundum blasting of metals. We are able to blast parts up to approximately 1 meter in length. We most often blast parts for car and motorcycle windshields and various parts prior to refurbishments, or even new parts that need to have the surface unified or degreased.

Specialising in welding of aluminium, stainless steel and common steels. Blasting (sandblasting) of surfaces to remove rust and finish before painting. Manufacture of test, production frames and parts for production lines. Inspection fixtures for components (molded, cut, bent, welded, glass, plastic).

The powder coating plant is used for modern metal finishing technology. It meets strict criteria for environmental protection. It guarantees quality surface treatment of metals with powder paints.

We offer surface treatment or metal refining. We provide machining of cast iron castings by cutting, blasting, grinding, polishing and priming. We perform inspections, aftertreatments, packaging and labeling. Based on your requirements, we create workflows with a sample of the part to be ground.

Specialise in the manufacture of machine welded parts including machining and steel structures, lifting equipment, custom fabrication of industrial burners, parts for rail transport equipment. We provide material cutting and bending, welding, machining or painting, laser cutting, bending.

Manufacture parts of machinery and equipment for construction and mining machinery. We focus on welding of fine grain and low temperature steels with some machining on CNC horizontal boring machines. We provide heat treating, cutting and slitting, shot blasting, surface finishing and more.

We offer surface treatment and welding of metals and other materials.

We operate a powder coating line. Slag blasting, cast iron shot blasting, steel bead blasting, pipe lining with PTFE, lining vessels, tanks and reactors with fluoroplastic based materials. Teflon PFA, FEP, E-CTFE, PUDF, MFA and HALAR.

We specialise in finishes and finishing works. We provide finishes on steel and concrete structures. We also offer coating, painting, sandblasting, shot blasting, elevation work, work platforms and scaffolding, metallization, high pressure spraying, facade cleaning and remediation.

We provide supersonic blasting, conventional water pressure and dry blasting, chemical cleaning, mechanical surface preparation and mobile blasting. We perform paint and coating applications.

I offer metalworking services.

We specialize in the manufacture, repair and maintenance of spare parts for power, heating, chemical and mining plants in the region. We have several production centres in the Karlovy Vary region and an experienced team of experts. We are currently expanding our activities to include custom engineering production.
