We deal with laser, water jet or autogenous cutting.

Custom metal fabrication, waterjet cutting, cutting of all materials up to 250mm thick. All metals and steels, tiles, glass, all plastics and rubber, polycrystalline diamond, titanium, brass, copper, bronze, glass, kevlar, plexiglass, ceramics, stone, granite, wood, etc.

Waterjet cutting up to a material thickness of 200 mm and a dimension of 3800 cm x 1800 cm. We cut ceramics, stone, tiles, marble, granite or artificial stone, steel including steel with extreme hardness, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, non-ferrous metals, glass (except hardened), plastics, composites, wood, DTD and OSB boards, rubber, foam.

Waterjet cutting. We provide waterjet cutting and finishing of any materials on two 2x3m cutting tables. The thickness of the cut material is 0,1 - 200mm.

We are importer and supplier of waterjet abrasives. This is beach alluvial garnet with a grain size of mesh 80, which is mined in South Africa. Our abrasive is suitable for waterjet cutting applications.

We are dedicated to waterjet cutting. With the pressure of water (4000 bar) and abrasive sand it is possible to cut most materials (metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, stone tiles and others) with accuracy to 0, 1 mm. The dimensions of our cutting table are 4000 x 3000mm. We cut material in thickness from 0, 1 to 300 mm.

Waterjet cutting is a method of machining a wide variety of materials. It can make cuts in very high strength materials, as well as in very soft, brittle and tough materials. Waterjet cutting is computer controlled, allowing for very high precision and repeatability of shaped cuts.

We perform shape cutting of materials by plasma, flame, water jet, including fencing.
