We are a dance club focused on street dance. We do hip hop, break dance, house, dancehall. We have competitive components: mini kids, kids, juniors, mains, oldies. We also do Tabata fitness exercises.

Dances for the Liberec region in the style of standard and Latin-American dances. We teach: waltz, waltz, tango, slowfox, jive, samba, chacha, rumba and more. We also have in our program: dance classes, individual lessons, dance seminars, judging.

We offer aerial acrobatics on Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Silks and Aerial Loops, gymnastics, dance lessons and stretching. Competition prep is for those who want to develop their talents and prepare for competitions. In the summer we hold suburban camps.

Offering ballroom dance classes from children to adults. Our main aim is to educate young people in standard and Latin American ballroom dancing and to prepare dancing couples well for successful competitive careers.

Yoga, dance, and fitness classes for women, including group and online courses. Our offerings also include weekend retreats with exercise sessions, as well as programs focused on fitness, strength training, body sculpting, relaxation, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The ballet school was founded in 2012 at the F. X. Šalda Ballet under the direction of ballet soloists Maria Gornalova and Alexey Yurakov. Teaching emphasizes the natural expression of the child in movement and dance and is based on the fundamentals of classical ballet. Students are selected for theatre productions and participate in dance competitions.

We are engaged in teaching oriental belly dance. We provide dance classes for women and girls of all ages. We organize dance and residential seminars. We offer professional dance performances for social and cultural events or corporate parties. We specialize in experiential yoga classes.
