I offer zumba classes for all categories. I organize classes and camps by the sea. Zumba leads to increased mental and physical fitness. The basis is Latin music of different styles and easy to remember choreography created to a given song that does not change.

Organisation of ballroom dance classes. Dance lessons consist of two three-quarter-hour parts, with a 15-minute break in between. The extended lessons last 3 hours and the final wreath 4 hours.
