I offer dance-movement therapy, which is a talking therapy that uses movement and the body to support emotions, self-esteem and resolve conflict in relationships. A safe space for all body identities and LGBTQ+ clients. I offer services in English, English and Spanish.

We run a dance school. We provide individual and group classes for beginners and advanced or top athletes. We offer classes for children, teenagers, adults, seniors, as well as for women and girls on their own. We organize and participate in various competitions. We also provide demonstration performances at events.

We run a ballet studio for children from 3 years old. We offer dance education, dance gymnastics, folk and classical dances, toe dancing and stage practice.

We are a dance school focusing mainly on street dance styles and teaching acrobatics and gymnastics. Dance classes are held in Litoměřice, Roudnice nad Labem, Lovosice and Ústí nad Labem.

The Lady Motyčková Dance School is dedicated to teaching ballroom dance within the scope of the contemporary world dance repertoire. We offer dance classes of various types, from basic to advanced, for youth and adults, for individuals, couples and closed groups of friends.

In our dance school we teach Latin American and standard dances, we organize basic and advanced dance classes for children from 5 years old, teenagers and adults. We provide ballroom demonstrations, pre-dance training for elementary school students and ballroom dance classes for adults.

We organize courses of oriental belly dance. We offer the possibility of dance performances, organizing weekend seminars and dance retreats. We provide studio rental.
