I offer therapy and supervision. I help the client find what they need to achieve emotional freedom, a sense of peace. The goal is freedom from fears, phobias, anger, grief, feelings of powerlessness, exclusion, guilt. The past does not change, but the emotional traumas and the focus on negative experiences disappear.

I guide people through challenging times in their relationships. I help them cope with breakups, divorces, infidelity, crises, and moments when they don’t know how to move forward. Together, we’ll find possible solutions and next steps. I’ll help you get through this time with as little psychological, emotional, and family-related distress as possible. Consultations are available in person and online.
