You know you need to make a change in your life, but you don't know what—and certainly not how. Are you dealing with dissatisfaction in your relationship or at work, stress, fatigue, or low self-esteem? I’ll help you understand what’s behind your struggles, and together we’ll find a path to your happiness and inner peace.

I am a psychotherapist with a comprehensive training in integrated psychotherapy that has been accredited by the Ministry of Health. However, I do not work in the health sector but run a private psychotherapy practice. I also work with the VZP and ČPZP in the framework of prevention projects. I will be happy to work with you.
