I organize courses and workshops on edible flowers. Courses are open to the general public and to private groups or companies. I will teach you about edible plants, both wild and garden grown, and teach you how to prepare delicious meals from them. I have published four thematic books.

We are a cooking school with years of experience in teaching cooking to individuals, families and corporate customers. Our goal is for every candidate to leave feeling that cooking is real fun. We don't just teach our customers to cook, we teach them to have a relationship with food and ingredients.
