We run a meditation centre. There is a common room, attic and outdoor areas with a garden, accommodation in natural houses. We organize self-development courses.

I offer mindfulness courses, guided meditations, individual sessions, and workshops for the general public and businesses. I help people better manage stress, slow down, and find greater peace, perspective, and focus in their daily lives.

We impart the authentic teachings of Master Sando Kaisen through regular Buddha sitting meditations (zazen), lectures and the European painting course, Cloud and Water.

We offer regular monthly introductory meditation courses and support for those who want to learn about meditation. As long time practitioners and trained meditation instructors, we also offer support to meditators through meditation talks. The centre is the base for Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche's students.
