We offer art therapy, which uses creative activities to promote self-discovery and improve mental well-being. We work with clay, wood, and other materials. Our therapy is designed for both children and adults and promotes creativity and inner balance. Creating with us heals the soul and reduces stress.
I offer regular yoga and physio classes, individual and corporate classes, seminars and retreats. Class content: - Hatha yoga and healthy movement - Strengthening the centre of the body, DNS exercises - Pranayama & functional breathing - Eye and face yoga - Supporting hormonal balance - Relaxation and meditation.
We run a meditation centre. There is a common room, attic and outdoor areas with a garden, accommodation in natural houses. We organize self-development courses.
