I provide craniosacral therapy, Bach essence therapy, conscious touch therapy and massage with overlap, meditation and bodywork.

We impart the authentic teachings of Master Sando Kaisen through regular Buddha sitting meditations (zazen), lectures and the European painting course, Cloud and Water.

As long time practitioners and trained meditation instructors, we also offer support to meditators through meditation talks. The centre is the base for Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche's students.
