It is the art of sensing, the art of touching, the art of giving, and the art of being for what can be manifested and transformed in the moment. I am involved in my own psychotherapy practice and lecturing. Services I offer include individual therapy and psychological counselling, guided meditation and relaxation, self-experience workshops, and the Space Between Thoughts podcast.

Family and neighbourhood mediation.

We offer regular monthly introductory meditation courses and support for those who want to learn about meditation. As long time practitioners and trained meditation instructors, we also offer support to meditators through meditation talks. The centre is the base for Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche's students.
