We offer a unique bilateral exercise course, inspired by traditional Cossack techniques, which uses beech sticks, ropes, poi and other natural tools to develop fine motor skills and coordination. Our exercises help to harmonize the body and mind, thereby improving your physical and mental resilience.
We impart the authentic teachings of Master Sando Kaisen through regular Buddha sitting meditations (zazen), lectures and the European painting course, Cloud and Water.
We offer regular monthly introductory meditation courses and support for those who want to learn about meditation. As long time practitioners and trained meditation instructors, we also offer support to meditators through meditation talks. The centre is the base for Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche's students.
We are different people with different views of the world and of life, with different attitudes, but we have one thing in common: meditation based on Sahaja Yoga has become a regular part of our lives.
