We hold regular yoga and meditation classes. We focus on meditation practice, vegetarianism, peace of mind, health, karma, problem solving and finding meaning in life. We organize running races, concerts, exhibitions and plays.

Family and neighbourhood mediation.

We offer regular monthly introductory meditation courses and support for those who want to learn about meditation. As long time practitioners and trained meditation instructors, we also offer support to meditators through meditation talks. The centre is the base for Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche's students.

We are different people with different views of the world and of life, with different attitudes, but we have one thing in common: meditation based on Sahaja Yoga has become a regular part of our lives.
