A mindfulness school with professional instructors trained by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. Mindfulness courses help you manage stress more effectively, improve your concentration, and respond with greater composure in challenging situations. We offer practical courses in Czech and English for individuals, companies, and schools.

We offer a space for calming and relaxing both body and mind. We guide you through meditation, exercises to relieve stress and tension, qigong focused on spinal health, and work with therapeutic tuning forks. We also specialize in traditional Chinese medicine, mycotherapy, and phytotherapy. We organize courses and lectures.
