I offer workshops, team seminars, mindfulness and coaching. Both offline and online. I promote a healthy work culture, resilience and mindful problem solving.

I do personal counselling as well as partner counselling and therapy. During counselling we have a confidential conversation where we observe together the emotional attunement related to the experienced situations, fears or traumas and work with them in the here and now.
