I can also help you with any breastfeeding issues, and I'm happy to demonstrate baby massage and bathing. You can also take advantage of the Baby Care course for expectant parents.

I offer personal fitness trainer services. I will gradually teach you different exercises, increase your strength and improve your fitness, all without any extreme exercise. I offer fun programs for kindergarten children, aimed at improving their physical abilities and various events for the public.
