We offer courses for expectant parents: a course of antenatal preparation with midwife Lucie Přikrylová and a course of what and how after birth, which is focused on the first weeks with the baby. For parents with babies, there are courses throughout the year on exercising with babies from birth to kindergarten, as well as courses on Baby and Infant Massage.

I offer training for children from babies to schoolchildren. We can start exercising with children from a very young age. From gentle touches in the form of massages, which children love so much, to different routines in a playful way. Children are more aware of their bodies. They gain better dexterity, flexibility and mobility.

We offer expert advice in the field of physiotherapy. We also do yoga and exercise for children, combining play with movement. We hold lectures and workshops focusing on healthy feet and psychomotor development.

Exercise with children, toddlers and babies. In a non-competitive yet motivating atmosphere, children develop not only their physical skills but also their overall personality, appropriate to their age, constitution and abilities. In this way they build a broad physical base, a positive attitude towards movement and sport, as well as self-confidence.

We offer exercise classes for parents with children. We develop motor skills and agility as well as basic gymnastics.

I am involved in babysitting. I offer one off and long term babysitting mainly in clients homes, ensuring the child's routines and daily routine. I also provide accompaniment of children to nursery, doctor or pediatrician, counseling and exercise programs suitable for pregnant women and more.
