We are a new, modern movement studio in the city centre. The newly renovated 1940's premises offers two spacious bright rooms where you can try classes of different types of exercise (yoga, pilates, power yoga, port de bras, circuit training, classes for children and seniors).

We offer exercises for mothers with children. We also provide swimming training for children, suburban camps, massages and exercises for pregnant women, prenatal preparation, lactation counseling, massages.

Our courses focus on healthy movement habits for children in kindergarten and primary school. We share a passion for healthy movement and offer specific exercises to prevent poor posture. We help teachers, caregivers and mothers to provide children with joyful movement development. We look forward to meeting you.

We offer various forms of exercise for parents with children, aimed at developing motor skills and health. Our programs are designed for children from 1 to 4 years old. We exercise together and create a comfortable environment for family time full of movement.

We offer exercise classes for both children and adults. We provide athletic training, fitness and functional training, circuit training, classes for moms with kids, back health classes, one-on-one training, and programs focused on a healthy lifestyle.

We help children stay active in a fun and playful way. We create online exercise courses for children and parents, organize movement workshops for preschools and schools, and inspire healthy habits. We teach families how to easily and joyfully incorporate natural movement into their daily lives.

We offer a wide range of exercise classes for children from birth to six years old. We’ve been developing our teaching method since 2009. The club was founded in 1992, the aim of the club is to provide active and regular sporting activities for children and young people. The club is involved in the Kids on the Start project.

We offer parent-child exercise classes that promote healthy psychomotor development in children. We also provide training in first aid and nutrition for children. Our activities combine movement, play and education, which contributes to the joy and satisfaction of children and parents.

I offer dance classes for children and exercise and zumba classes for adults. I also organize residential tours with exercise.
