We specialize in exercise classes for children from four months to six years old and also offer instructional massage classes for children and infants. Our programs include both parent-led exercise classes and independent activities for children to encourage their creativity and motor skills.

We offer exercises for mothers with children. We also provide swimming training for children, suburban camps, massages and exercises for pregnant women, prenatal preparation, lactation counseling, massages.

We offer various forms of exercise for parents with children, aimed at developing motor skills and health. Our programs are designed for children from 1 to 4 years old. We exercise together and create a comfortable environment for family time full of movement.

We are a new, modern movement studio in the city centre. The newly renovated 1940's premises offers two spacious bright rooms where you can try classes of different types of exercise (yoga, pilates, power yoga, port de bras, circuit training, classes for children and seniors).

Our courses focus on healthy movement habits for children in kindergarten and primary school. We share a passion for healthy movement and offer specific exercises to prevent poor posture.
