We offer various forms of exercise for parents with children, aimed at developing motor skills and health. Our programs are designed for children from 1 to 4 years old. We exercise together and create a comfortable environment for family time full of movement.

The club was founded in 1992, the aim of the club is to provide active and regular sporting activities for children and young people. The club is involved in the Kids on the Start project.

We offer parent-child exercise classes that promote healthy psychomotor development in children. We also provide training in first aid and nutrition for children. Our activities combine movement, play and education, which contributes to the joy and satisfaction of children and parents.

I offer dance classes for children and exercise and zumba classes for adults. I also organize residential tours with exercise.
