We operate a modern fitness centre. Gym with cardio zone, solarium. We offer aerobic group classes Jumping, Bosu, cycling, Pilates, SM-system, Piloxing, Chitoning, circuit training and TABATA. We provide nutritional counseling, reduction courses. Personal trainers and instructors are available.

I offer group Pilates classes on the mat, individual Pilates classes on Stott Pilates machines. Lessons are conducted in Czech or English.
