Keshu Yoga is a brand of Kateřina Gelnar (meditation teacher and yoga instructor). It offers an online platform for Indian yoga, pilates and meditation, complemented by occasional workshops and personal meetings. Keshu Yoga helps build a strong, functional and healthy body while calming the mind through mindful movement and breath.

Operation of fitness center. There is a gym, gymnasium, cycling studio, sports bar and billiards. Possibility to buy season tickets. We offer aerobics, bodyforming, slowbody, pilates, fitball and more. Refreshments are also available.
