We offer trampoline lessons. Each lesson consists of small dynamic jumps, fast sprints and balancing on a flexible trampoline.

FitBell is a kettlebell conditioning workout that develops endurance, mobility and strength through functional movement patterns. Combining ballistic exercises with a musical backdrop creates a dynamic workout that leads not only to improved fitness, but also to a flow state with a deeper mind-body connection.

Lessons aimed at relaxing, discharging energy and improving overall fitness. The first lesson is free for everyone on a trial basis.

We offer fitness training using the H.E.A.T. Program method. It is a completely safe aerobic exercise based on natural human movement - walking. The exercise is performed on a special Maxerrunner belt powered only by human strength. It is designed for all ages.

We run a studio focused on effective cardio exercises on special belts. The studio offers group classes led by experienced instructors to help shape the body and improve fitness.

I offer yoga classes and creative English classes with movement and games for children. I provide zumba and power yoga classes. Yoga for children conducted in English is one of my rather unique specialisations especially in the Czech market.
