We run a sports centre offering a gym, cardio zone, spinning, fitbox, pilates and flexibar. On selected days and times, an experienced instructor is available to advise you not only on how to use each machine, but also to suggest the optimal workout for your specific goals.

We provide Pilates exercises to develop coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and breathing.
