We invite you to recruitment to the martial sports club, to the course where you will learn the basics of 3 martial sports: boxing, kickboxing, thaiboxing, muay thai, but also learn how to properly stretch, and how to properly strengthen for combat sports. We belong to an association of RBSD clubs focused on training and teaching real self-defense. We understand self-defense as a set of principles, techniques and tactics that have already proven themselves in combat and are applicable under stress. Of particular importance to us is "head" training - that is, training the commitment and will to return home safely.
