Krav Maga System club is a part of the Czech Krav Maga Association - CKMA. We aim to teach everyone to defend themselves, regardless of physical condition and age.

NICO Self Defense is a place where children and adults can feel safe and be themselves. Feeling safe, accepted and having a healthy self-esteem is most important to us for children. Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

We offer self-defense classes, zanchin budo martial arts and personal training. We organize seminars.
