Authentic martial Tai Chi according to the Yang family through Master Vincent Chu. Baguazhang by Master Zhai Feng and Master Zhai Jun.

Offering courses in various combat sports. Possibility of individual, personal training. We provide fitness and special sports training, social programs for youth and organizing sporting events. Possibility of renting a special aerobic hall not only for combat sports.

I offer authentic Chinese Tai Chi and Qigong.

We organize a sports club for children and youth focused on judo and self-defense training. We participate in judo tournaments and competitions. We try to develop in the trainees their all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children learn basic movement skills and fall technique.

Classes in the modern martial art of Tae Kwon - Do (a Korean method of self-defense that incorporates the art of defending oneself at any age or physical condition). We conduct courses for children and adults.
