We are a registered association of members who are involved in sports mainly hiking, awareness, cultural and educational activities mainly focusing on the development of the individual physically and mentally and self-defence. We primarily teach self-defense within the framework of the comprehensive Russian martial art Systema.

Offer classical and Thai boxing classes.

We practice Tai Chi Qigong using the yin yang method. Qigong, shaolin, kung fu, gunshu, yi jin jing. Fascial and meridian qigong. Healthy breathing according to the Buteyko method.

Accredited centre of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Czech Republic for teaching, training and retraining in the field of self-defence. Our PROFI Defence system, Pencak Silat martial arts, training for the civilian sector, security and armed forces of the IZS, self-defence section for children, youth and adults, team building/recreational shooting.

Self-defense courses. We offer a very effective system of real self-defense with origins in China. We also teach the effective Escrima fighting style, where you will learn how to use a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the Security System training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.

VING TSUN is a very effective real self-defense system with origins in China. We also teach the effective fighting style of ESCRIMA where you will learn to wield a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the SECURITY SYSTEM training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.

Martial arts classes in Ving tsun and Escrima. Offer comprehensive security training in unarmed and armed self-defense.

We offer aikido and karate courses.

We provide instruction and training in martial arts (Judo, Aiki Ju Jitsu, self-defense, professional self-defense and hand-to-hand combat), law enforcement and self-defense or self-defense and fighting with telescopic batons. We also teach tactics and crisis management, self-defense and knife fighting, marksmanship, and more.

We run a sports club focusing on the martial art of Sumo. We participate in international and domestic matches at professional and amateur level. We are accepting new and eager supporters into our ranks who are interested in the sport.
