Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

Men, women and children can train in the club premises. You can try Thai boxing, boxing, kick boxing, circuit training, zumba, fitness or dance aerobics for mothers with children.

Operation of Aikido exercises.

We offer self-defense classes, zanchin budo martial arts and personal training. We organize seminars. We provide group instruction for companies, clubs, organizations, civic associations, schools, physical education units and the military. We also do exercises aimed at meditation, developing energy perception and harmonizing the body.

We are a dynamically developing sports club that focuses on mixed martial arts. We offer MMA training, grappling and conditioning for all ages. We create a friendly environment for beginners and advanced fighters to move forward together and raise successful fighters.
