Children learn the basics of judo in a playful way, developing coordination, strength, and agility. Training sessions begin with a warm-up and include basic gymnastics and elements of track and field.

Judo classes for children ages 5 and up and for adults. It doesn’t matter whether you want to compete or just practice judo for the joy of exercise—our doors are always open to you. Our goal is to provide training opportunities for everyone, in accordance with the principles of judo: courtesy, courage, sincerity, honor, modesty, respect, self-control, and friendship.
