We organize Capoeira training. Trainings are suitable for the general public regardless of age and physical fitness. We develop cooperation both nationally and internationally. We cooperate with smaller, starting clubs in other Czech cities.

In our self-defense club in Opava we train modern real self-defense krav maga and jiu jitsu, supplemented with work with vital kyusho points. The training is focused on real situations, personal safety and practical defence in everyday life. Training is designed for children, youth and adults.

A program specially designed for the youngest children. The training sessions involve less judo; instead, we focus more on proper movement and fun activities. Children learn the basics of judo in a playful way, developing coordination, strength, and agility. Training sessions begin with a warm-up and include basic gymnastics and elements of track and field.
